As a midsized, family controlled company Schuhl & Co. GmbH serves the automotive, electric and electronic market and their suppliers with nuts and coldformed parts for problem solvings in fastening technologies. We are specialized in a parts range from M3 to M24 with captive mounted, turning washers, called Comby® -Nuts as well as square, hexagon and rectangular nuts.

Coldformed parts and nuts with special threads are included in our programm. Also weld nuts in different shapes represent a big part of our production.

Nuts of various types

In using an uncommon coldforming technology, named the NUTAP-System on Combiformer, Schuhl & Co. is able to produce parts, which could not be manufactured by known nutformers.

Due to this technique high alloyed steel, stainless steel, Inconel or titanium can be formed as well. Our Products are available in all common surface treatments and even uncommon geometries or small volumes can be offered.

Certified to IATF 16949 Schuhl & Co. GmbH supplies the international market since more than 80 years.

In addition, we are able to produce geometrically complex parts through increased investments in new multi-stage forming technologies, which were thus previously impossible to manufacture in terms of forming technology.

At these multi-stage formers, the raw material can be deformed significantly more easily and cost-effectively by preheating by a short distance.

The combination of these modern multi-stage machines with preheating offers us special production possibilities in the area of formed parts made of special steels as well as with complicated geometries and narrow tolerances.
