Preamble

We, the company "Schuhl & Co. GmbH", represented by the management and shareholders, are committed to our social responsibility worldwide. In particular, we bear responsibility towards our own company, towards customers and suppliers in the value chain and towards the environment and society as part of our business activities.

This Code of Conduct sets out our shared values with regard to social and societal responsibility and fair competition. The Code of Conduct is a voluntary code that we also recommend to other companies. By signing it, we pledge to comply with these principles.

1. principle

We are committed to acting in the spirit and ethics of an honorable businessman in all areas of our business activities, as this historically evolved model characterizes responsible participants in economic life with a strong sense of responsibility for their own company, for society and for the environment.

2 Scope, implementation and compliance

This Code of Conduct applies to all business units of the company. The company will make its employees aware of the content of this Code of Conduct and the obligations arising from it.

It will take appropriate measures to ensure that the Code of Conduct is complied with.

3. whistleblowing policy

Our works council is available to everyone for reports and misconduct.
